What is Good Change?

It’s the small things which we wake up and do each day that make the biggest impact.

Good Change is a translation of the Japanese term ‘kaizen’ that refers to small, continuous improvement. It’s an embodied philosophy of becoming a little better every day.

The Good Change programme is a life-changing online coaching programme to help you uncover your best health and the simplicity of maintaining a strong mind, body and spirit. It teaches the habits of Ayurveda, behavioural science and nutrition – and how to apply them using small steps.

Through learning and adopting simple daily routines and self-care habits you’ll cultivate more balance and joy as you start to take better care of yourself. You’ll also learn what habits you want to have in place to help your body stay resourced and resilient.

How does Good Change work?

Good Change explores ten habits, or self-care practices, which combine Ayurveda, nutrition and behavioural science. In twelve weeks you’ll learn how to completely shift your relationship to yourself and your life through these simple yet powerful practices.

Good Change is designed to move you into deeper alignment with nature’s rhythm – week to week and season to season. This helps to bring balance to your mind and body as the seasons change, and as you change. It relieves the pressure on your days, and opens you up to a world of doing less. More time and space become available to you. Who doesn’t want that?

The programme covers one habit per week over a twelve-week period. Group meetings are held weekly via Zoom. Calls are recorded and stored in a private Members Hub, along with course materials and further resources. Monthly private coaching and access to a private Facebook community are also included.

There are three twelve-week cycles of Good Change that run each year, mirroring the three seasons in Ayurveda philosophy. For the full effects, the Good Change journey is one year (three seasons). For a taster, you can enrol for the 12-week introductory course (one season).
