Through combining ancient wisdom with modern science, I help people to feel better in their bodies and have a more relaxed relationship with life.
My own healing journey drove me to take my health and wellbeing into my own hands, which led me to Ayurveda in 2014. After implementing the daily routine of Ayurveda and noticing the profound impact it had on my health, energy and happiness, I began coaching clients into these simple mind/body practices.
Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda have been vital to my healing journey. Through sharing the knowledge and wisdom I’ve gathered along the way, my mission is to inspire and support others to live a more focused, heart-centred and balanced life.
I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2008. I hold a 500hr RYT Yoga Teacher’s Training certificate, Yoga Nidra Level 1 & 2 as well as being P.L.A.Y Children’s Teacher Training qualified. My yoga training and development has been with Ashram Yoga New Zealand. In 2019 I became a certified Ayurveda & Yoga Health Coach with Yoga Healer International.
I’m all about making yoga, meditation and Ayurveda accessible and am passionate about helping others to be the best version of themselves – on and off the mat.

Within each of us resides a heart space, an infinite space held within the chest though not contained by it. The ancient yogis called this hridayakasha or the ‘cave of the heart’ – the home of your true self.
It is thought that within this cave is a light, like a candle flame. When we are at peace, living in harmony with our own true nature, it burns without flickering.
Namaste (the Sanskrit greeting) literally means “the light that is within me sees and honours the light that is within you.” This is the light living within our heart space.
In the fast-paced world we live in, it’s too easy to become stuck in our head and disconnected from our heart.
We can only meet these deeply transformative times when we learn to slow down regularly and reconnect with our heart. When we connect to our own heart it enables us to tune into our emotions and pay attention to how we truly feel. When we feel good in our bodies and inspired in our hearts and minds, our natural response is to do good and to treat ourselves and others with kindness and compassion.
Heart Space is about recognising the light and potential within ourselves and others. Connecting to our true nature – our innate wisdom – to learn, grow and share for the benefit of all.
