What is Good Change Community?

“You were meant to live in a rhythm with the earth, NOT the relentless schedules of man-made productivity.”

The Good Change Community is a 12-month membership and online Learning Community exploring Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Nutrition & Mindset.

A space where you can escape the rush of today’s culture and join a convenient, accessible, self-paced learning environment that embodies the things missing from the everyday teachings of our upbringing. Delivered in a way that feels less like work and more like coming home to your body.

Inside you’ll find like-minded women on the same path – many approaching a new chapter where we may not have to give quite so much to others, but feel like there’s little energy or focus left for ourselves. You’ll have access to Becs to ask your questions and receive tailored recommendations, because every human is unique.

Note; this is NOT a structured course or study programme. There are no mandatory participation or completion requirements.  Everything is optional, allowing you to engage as much or as little as you prefer each month based on your availability and capacity.

It’s gentle, sustainable change directed by your intuitive wisdom and empowered daily choices.

How does Good Change Community work?

It’s the small things that we wake up and do each day that make the biggest impact.

Good Change is a translation of the Japanese term ‘kaizen’ that refers to small, continuous improvement. It’s an embodied philosophy of becoming a little better every day.

As a Good Change Community 2025 member, you get to…

  • ALIGN your daily rhythm with nature’s rhythms.
  • IMPROVE your relationship with your body, experience calmness, boost energy, develop positive self-talk and healthier eating habits.
  • LEARN small changes that make a huge difference between battling your body and effortlessly managing weight, sleep, digestion, stress, inflammation and more.
  • EXPLORE Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda (the science of Longevity!), Nutrition & Mindset techniques for lasting change.

Our 2025 online Learning Community will gather on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month over Zoom, except for January and July. One session each month focuses on exploring the ancient teachings that address your body’s basic needs for optimal physical, mental, and emotional health. The second session is dedicated to open conversation, coaching, and connection.

Recorded teaching calls and course materials are stored in a private Members Hub, alongside additional resources. Membership also grants access to a private Facebook community. Optional extras include monthly and seasonal private coaching sessions, as well as 15-day online community Seasonal Cleanses.

About Becs.

Becs is a Health Coach/Mentor, Lifestyle Coach, Rehabilitation Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Guide. Her passion and gift lie in bringing out the best in people. She combines over 20 years of experience to guide you toward a happier, healthier self by focusing on key concepts from Ayurveda, Yoga, Behavioural Science, Nutrition, and Mindset.

Her clients report improved sleep, hormonal balance, cleared digestive issues, lasting weight loss, reversed autoimmune diseases, feeling years younger, and a greater love for their lives after implementing her teachings.

Becs is described as an empathetic and knowledgeable leader — someone who keeps it real and relatable.

Becs lives in Wainui Beach, Gisborne, with her husband, Phil, and their daughter, Naia.
