Yoga classes are casual – no need to pre book. Classes are open to all levels unless otherwise stated.

Fridays : Hatha Yoga

‘Ha’ means sun, ‘tha’ means moon. Hatha yoga encompasses all styles of yoga to balance the body not only physically but mentally. Class consists of classical yoga postures and dynamic flows/sun salutes. Breath work is an integral part of the class and different techniques are taught at the end of every class, which closes with relaxation or meditation. Open to all levels of experience.

Fridays : New Moon Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Monthly class held on Friday nearest the new moon. Each new moon is a time to step softly, it is also symbolic of new beginnings and an ideal time to set intentions. This class consists of a combination of gentle flows and passive postures, followed by 30 mins guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Suitable for all levels of experience.

Mondays: Meditation & Mindfulness gathering (fortnightly)

Wind down at the end of the day with a fortnightly dose of pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation. These evening sessions are tailored to support you with your home practice and give you the experience of meditating in a group. Some meditation experience is helpful, although not essential.
