Class styles


Establish or deepen your meditation practice by learning breathing and meditation techniques to incorporate into everyday life. Enjoy the depth of a guided group space. Suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Bookings essential.

Good Change: Learn the 10 most important habits everyone needs to build a strong immune system, build resilience to stress, and slow down accelerated aging. All that is necessary is internet access so you can join me from anywhere. Bookings essential.

For the full effects, the Good Change journey is 1 year. For a taster, you can enroll for the 12 week introductory course.

Fridays: Hatha Yoga

‘Ha’ means sun, ‘tha’ means moon. Hatha yoga encompasses all styles of yoga to balance the body not only physically but mentally. Class consists of classical yoga postures and dynamic flows/sun salutes. Breath work is an integral part of the class and different techniques are taught at the end of every class, which closes with relaxation or meditation.  Open to all levels of experience.

Fridays: New Moon Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Monthly class held on Friday nearest the new moon.  Each new moon is a time to step softly, it is also symbolic of new beginnings and an ideal time to set intentions.  This class consists of a combination of gentle flows and passive postures, followed by 30 mins guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Suitable for all levels of experience.

If you would like to work with me one-on-one, then I would love to support you. I am available for private Ayurvedic and health coaching, yoga nidra or meditation sessions, please get in touch.


After an initial consultation, a bespoke Therapeutic Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) is written for your specifically identified needs. You then return for a follow up session where the Yoga Nidra is delivered to you in person whilst an audio recording is made for you to take home and work with at your convenience.  Alternatively, if you do not live in Gisborne an audio recording will be emailed to you.

In 2015 I was in the process of getting diagnosed with an auto immune disease. I didn't know it at the time, but I was extremely sick. I was so fatigued but at the same time I couldn't sleep. 

Becs recorded a personalised yoga nidra for me that I could download to my phone. I am a regular yoga practitioner so to lose my practice during this time was heartbreaking. 

Yoga nidra is a form of yoga and it was perfect for me at this time. This helped me through some of these hard times, and took my mind away from thinking about the sickness.

A year on and I have never felt better, maybe more so than before.
