A beautifully nurturing six week journey into Yoga Nidra

Cost: $60 for six classes

Yoga Nidra is a yogic sleep technique (Nidra means ‘sleep’) and is a popular practice for relaxation and rejuvenation within Yoga. 

Join me as I lead you through six weeks of deep guided relaxation, designed to release tensions and re-fuel your whole system.  Through these systematic relaxation techniques, you will access a state of rest that is much deeper and more rejuvenating than sleep itself.  


General benefits of Yoga Nidra include decreased stress, better sleep, lower blood pressure, release of past traumas, and an increased overall sense of health and well-being. 

The only requirement is for you to lie down comfortably, listen and prepare to be both energised and relaxed!


Open to all levels from absolute beginner to experienced practitioners.
